Onboard Partner CINC (Commissions Inc) Getting 18% Conversion Rates from New Seller Suite

CINC (Commissions Inc) has been part of the Onboard partner program for years .  This week, they announced the redesign of their popular Seller Suite that includes Social Sell.  The solution is powered by the local and property data from Onboard and is a great example of how to use that data to create a complete consumer engagement experience. The Suite provides home owners with an Accurate Home Valuation, a comparable list of recently sold properties, and a Neighborhood Pulse with Trend recapped in monthly updates.  Early results from this redesign are impressive:

  • 4% conversion rate (visitor to lead) for seller leads at CINC
  • 270% increased lead generation over 60-day trial
  • 18% Facebook Ad Conversion Rate

A personalized report is generated for each user in just 30 seconds.  Upon sharing the home’s address and answering a few additional questions, home owners are also able to receive an accurate home valuation, a list of recently sold properties, and monthly updates so they stay in the know.
